Pixprofit is something that I discovered through a friend I met in my last place of employment, who also happens to be the blogger behind Workingpinoys. Although I have yet to receive a payout from the site, I know that it is legit simply because my friend has already received payment from them. You can check her site for proofs of payment from this site.
Since most companies, specially call centers, require applicants to go through a typing test as part of the selection process, it will be good to spend some time to practice and improve your typing skills. Even if you do not work for a call center, having a fairly good typing skills will greatly help you with your admin tasks. Aside from free online typing tests that you can use to practice, there’s Typing Maniac in Facebook, which you can use to measure up your skills to that of your friends who are also using the said application or you can use Pixprofit. The site requires that you type the capcha codes correctly. You will be paid $1.00 for every 1000 words. Yeah, I know that’s not a lot but hey, at least you get paid just to type capcha codes. The minimum payout is $3.00 and it gets credited right away to your Paypal account as soon as you reach the said amount.
In the past, most people can just get away with codes typed incorrectly so the site admin came up with a way to discourage that. They came up with a priority system of 0-9 and you will see that at the lower right corner of the screen. If you see 0, that means they are giving you top priority in terms of getting a new code right away, as the number goes up, you go down the priority scale. So the more mistakes you commit the longer it takes for the new picture to load and that of course hampers your productivity, so payout will have to wait a bit longer.
Well, I certainly hope I was able to help since we are all in need of a way to earn a few bucks here and there. Good luck and have fun.

i’m not so sure this is a good idea. isn’t pixprofit owned by spammers? because the only reason i could think of for wanting to get ‘typed versions’ of capchas is to go around the system of anti-spamming :/

hi sis, not sure about that ang nabasa ko lang dati its for blind people, pero mukang pwede din yung sinasabi mo.
Yup, definitely for spammers. Please don’t endorse them. There are captcha options for the blind.
