A friend of mine who was desperate about gaining weight did gain weight when she bought a medicine from Chinese drug stores in Binondo, some time in 2006. She swears by the medicine and even our other colleagues who bought it also gained weight and were happy. I wish I have the same problem. Unfortunately, I’m at the other end of the spectrum. Despite their raving comments about medicines they bought from these Chinese drug stores, I’m still very hesitant to buy diet pills on those stores. Not because I’m discriminating them or I have anything pejorative about Chinese people or Chinese products. I guess losing weight is just more complicated as compared to gaining weight, thus my reservations.
I guess there’s really no short cut when it comes to losing weight the healthy way. Dang! It really means strictly adhering to your diet and exercise routines. One word: Discipline. Tsk, where do I buy that again?

here’s the name of the meds – ling zhi chuang yao won, kahit daw sa mall you can buy that.
ahm di ba sabi mo chinese product yan? sure ba na walang bad effects? hehehe. Yung ilang kakilala ko kasi na gumamit ng chinese product tapos po nag-parang manas yung katawan nila. hehehe. salamat pa rin po:))
that im not sure anthony kung may side effects since di naman ako ung gumamit, pero tumaba naman sila at di naman mukang manas.
Meron akong tini-take na Japanese diet pills naman, ni-try ko lang din coz I’ve seen several people in the neighborhood na pumayat sila. Been taking it since February. Di ako masyadong nagugutom and even if I eat, ang bilis kong mabusog. So na lessen talaga food intake ko, unlike before. And yes, I weigh less na, compared before. Can wear old clothes na rin. Kung dati yung belt ko, nasa last hole na, now pde na sya sa 4th hole.
