BATTLE AGAINST THE BULGE

My mom has been nagging me to cut back on my food intake and to become try out more activities other than reading my pile of books and facing my laptop. I know I need to and that she has a point. My new manager and friend and I had a pact that we will hit the gym and start eating healthy come June. The 25lbs weight loss goal of mine should be off before my birthday. If only I’ll have the patience to work out on my goal and to keep the bulge off. Meanwhile, I’m actually considering taking medication if that would help and speed things up. But I still need to ask my doctor on which one I should take. Right now, I’m reading reviews for Xenical and Lipozene and will still ask my doctor. I’m thinking it will also be good to go back to the nutrition and dietary department of UST. Oh well, just thinking out loud here folks.







been facing that same battle myself for almost 3 years, since I start gaining weight and people can’t seem to stop criticizing you for your size, I know they are right but some of them should realize that it isn’t just me that needs dieting but also them.
Now i’m cutting my intake of rice but failed yesterday lunch (haist) after a week of half cup of rice… it is all because of my fried rice (i would now stop cooking)… would really really stay out of the kitchen now… best action to do…
