Aside from a beautiful wedding which every couple is entitled to have, one of the basic things that a couple would have to save up for is a home. Ideally, before starting a family, it is best to have a home to call your own. No one would like to live for the rest of their lives in a rented home, where the rent goes up every so often and when you are restricted in terms of making modifications on the house. On top of that, once a couple have kids, there would be a long list of things to pay for and save up for. So it is really ideal to have a home immediately after marriage.
Some of the basic things you need to consider when choosing where to live would be the location. It is best to live within a stone’s throw away from good hospitals, good schools, malls and of course, your place of work. Living in a home situated right in the middle of all these things truly spells out a good work-life balance. It is the same notion that Avida, an Ayala company, has in mind when they came up with their Avida Towers project in the Fort Global City.
Avida Land Corp. recently marked another milestone with the launch of Avida Towers Global City, its first foray into one of the country’s most sought after addresses.
No less than Ayala Land. Inc.’s top honchos Antonio Aquino and Bobby Dy as well as Avida Land’s Leo Montenegro and Chris Maglanoc were on hand to lead the celebrations that saw great music and an overflow of treats, food and wine.
For as Avida opened its doors to homes that one would surely fall in love with, it enlisted the help of artists that guests who attended the launch would likewise surely love.
The artist lineup was headlined by the country’s premiere vocal group, The CompanY, who opened up their set with a song that set the celebratory vibe of the night, a cover of the Black-Eyed Peas’ “I Gotta Feeling.” They then further regaled guests with a slew of other popular hits and songs off their new album, “Lighthearted.”
Newcomer Aries Sales likewise regaled the crowd with covers of hit songs. Sales has gained quite a following in his native Davao City for his vocal and acoustic skills.
Platinum record artist Princess Velasco then capped off the celebrations with songs off her hit album, “Addicted to Acoustic.”
Aside from these sterling performances, guests were treated to an array of treats that gave a glimpse of the Avida Towers Global City lifestyle—a mini bar that offered flavorful cups of coffee, a Passion Wall that encouraged guests to leave messages or wishes about their own personal passions, and sumptuous dinner and free-flowing wine.
One of the highlights of the event was the grand visual presentation that showcased the features that will make future residents fall in love with their Avida Towers Global City home and community.
There are the beautiful homes, exciting amenities, its proximity to BGC’s dining and lifestyle establishments, and readily accessible public transportation—things that would surely make one stay for a lifetime.
As Avida Head of Residential Buildings Dez Cruz would say, “At Avida Towers Global City, the “Live, Work, Play” lifestyle is not just a dream, but a reality. Here, you will not only fall in love with the beauty of your own home, but also with the myriad activities and amenities that its entire community offers.”
Avida Towers Global City is one of the latest high-rises that Avida is offering. Other projects in its condominium line are located in Makati, Sucat, Alabang, San Lazaro, New Manila, and Cebu.
