So apparently, Video City is still in business. And with digital piracy on an all time high, that just goes to say that rates for dvd and vcd rentals went down reasonably well. So when I found my membership card, which I got for a meager P20, I went ahead and borrowed a couple of dvds and vcds before the holy week.
