
Minggay came to my life almost a year ago. I was at home and doing some chores in the garage when I heard a kitten “meowing”. I immediately went out and saw this little kitten at the parking area of the apartment building next door. I picked it up and saw that he was just probably around two weeks old or perhaps even barely two weeks. I brought him home, nursed him and cared for him. I would feed him every 3 hours, and since his mouth is too little for a syringe (of course without the needle), I opted to buy him a feeding bottle designed for puppies and kittens, despite the scarcity of funds. But that didn’t make things easier for us too, so I tried to innovate and made use of cotton buds and later on cotton balls to feed him milk. And he did grow up, we actually thought he’s a she.
