ONLINE GAMES AND ITS PROS AND CONS

Online gaming has been around for more than a decade now. During my college years, Counter Strike was all the rave, with Diablo and Ragnarok following suit. Kids and adults alike go crazy about these stuff. For others who became intensely addicted to it, they spend really long hours in front of the computer just because they got too hooked on the game. There was even a friend of mine who knew an adult guy who met up with a teenage kid (roughly 18 at that time), and traded his car for the character in the game that is being maintained by that kid. CDR KING – HAVEN FOR THE BUDGET CONSCIOUS FOLKS

CDR King started out around 2005 if I’m not mistaken. I came to know the place because my husband used to frequent it for CDs. Yes! Taken from its name, the place started out as a stall selling blank cds and dvds. My husband likes to burn copies of his music and movies and so we buy from them once in every three months before. It is amazing at how the store grew and became very popular. Read more…

LOVING BLUE FIRE EBOOK READER

Lately, I’ve really made quite a progress when it comes to my reading both with my daily devotionals and Bible reading as well as my reading projects. The last time I’ve been this productive when it comes to reading would be way back 2005 when I think I’ve read about 20 books for the said year. When I got married and got pregnant, it was rather easy to give in to the temptation of watching tv series since it is one of my husband’s favorite past times. Much of my progress in reading I have to attribute to having an ebook reader, more specifically Blue Fire Ebook Reader. Read more…

MISSING LENOVO THINKPAD

Both of our laptops are actually acting out lately. The other one is more aged and thus much more slower, where as the other one needs to be constantly hooked to the charger because it can only stay on without it for 5 minutes. I’m not sure if it’s just the batteries or something inside it. I’m not a big fan of the brands of laptops that we currently have, in fact, when I get a chance (which means enough money and amazing thinkpad deals) to buy another laptop, I’m buying a Lenovo. SODASTREAM: YOUR OWN SODA FACTORY AT HOME

I met with a friend earlier at SM Makati, and I chanced upon this product called Sodastream. It got me curious since I’ve never seen anything like it before and of course checking out the name of the product, all the more that I got curious. My husband is a softdrink person. He hardly drinks water, and yes it is bad.
