Yesterday, I went to far flung Balibago, Sta. Rosa, Laguna as I was supposed to have a hair rebonding treatment, courtesy of my friend/fellow sales consultant, Ate Belen. Aside from our educational program sales job, she has other sales jobs and one of it was the Noah Waters equipment.

When I got into her house she first showed me her Noah Water filter that turns tap water into alkaline water. I know that alkaline water has a lot of health benefits, like decreasing the acidity of the body thereby preventing disease, promoting weight loss and boosts energy. I’ll probably attend one of their demos one of these days.

My cousin used to be on the stocky side, don’t ask about his weight then, but his waist is 40inches and he is 5’7″ tall. He is still very much overweight considering his height. Anyway, he managed to shed off all those fat with much discipline in his diet and his exercise routine. Aside from lifting weights, doing cardio exercises and boxing, he also became very picky with the food that he eats. He used to have bottles of whey powder which I figured he’s mixing with his drinks. There was a point in time when he used to consider taking steroids but was able to read about force factor scam so he decided against it.

Now, if only my husband and I can get some of that discipline, then we’ll manage to get rid of all these fats. hehe

I was a smoker when I was in college.  Actually, my husband still is a smoker, but it will be long before he quits.  as for me, I stopped smoking way before I got married,  I remember why I started smoking.  When you inhale and puff the smoke out, it feels like your puffing out the calories in your body too,  I know, it’s stupid.  Anyways, I quit not just because of health reasons, but also the taste.  Before the swisher cigars that tastes sweet, there is only one kine of cigar, the tobacco flavored one.  I hated the after taste.  That is one of the things that drove me to quit.  I hope my husband finds his motivation soon.

My son is turning 4 come July and I still haven’t managed to go back to my pre-pregnancy weight! Sigh. I could only blame myself for this. Hopefully I get to go back in shape before my son turns 4 and hopefully, after I do, I wont get preggers for at least another year or two.

Currently, I’m scouring the web for diets that work fast for women and other things to motivate me into stopping myself from going to the ref every so often. Oh well, I’ll try my best to go out tomorrow and walk around our neighborhood to burn off a few calories, that should be a start.

I forgot the brand that my mom used to take when she was still in her 20s and she said, she doesn’t feel hungry at all after taking it but she spits all the time and well she’s unable to sleep at night.

The operator was friendly and told me that she will follow up. Days later I got a box in the mail containing this glitzy items that are from Sunsilk.

I like the fact that Sunsilk, as well as other shampoo manufacturers are exploring on diversifying their product line. There’s hair lengthening, volumizing for better body, straight and smooth for frizzy hair, and the list just goes on. I won’t be surprised if they will later on venture into coming up with additional hair loss products. For now I think, shampoo manufacturers only have the hair fall control, which I think will eventually give way to a better line up.

Anyway, all I want to say is Thank you Sunsilk. The product did deliver.
