I did come up with a hand written list sometime late 2012 and God is really great that He already fulfilled one of the items in the list and that is when I went to the beach with my friend. This may be a tad too late to post it here but, well, you know what they say when you write down resolutions, you have to make it public in order to put more pressure on yourself to accomplish the items you listed down. Okay, so here goes mine: Read more…

During the last few days of December, I sat down and decided to write down a couple of items I wanted to do for the next year. One of the things I placed there was to have a beach vacation, since it’s been almost 5 years since I last went to the beach. The last time I went was with hubby to Puerto Galera. Anyway, as God would have it, the day after I wrote that bucket list, I saw my friend Tine at the mall after the Praise and Worship night and she was adamant that I come with her to Anilao, Batangas for a little R&R. I wasn’t keen on going because of the funds, but she did text my husband and already asked for his permission. She also told me that the price is dirt cheap considering that she got it from a group buying site and that we can pay her when we are able. My husband was so endearing when he replied to Tine’s message saying: “Sure, she needs a break.” Read more…

I do not know what it is about being pregnant that heightens your senses and also increases your body temperature (and sex drive as well).  With that, preggers are bound to get more sweaty this summer. And there’s no better way to cool down than to hit the beach. If you’re pregnant and are hesitant about going to the beach because of your baby bump, not to worry. Here are some great swim suits to add to your collection of maternity clothes.
