I’m a big fan of Katie Leclerc and if you are too, chances are you know that she will be starring the movie The Confession – Beverly Lewis’s follow up book, the first one titled The Shunning, which was also turned into a movie. While there’s still no news as to when the movie will be released, here is a sneak peek of the movie. Please click here.

WHAT’S YOUR NUMBER MOVIE REVIEW

So apparently, Video City is still in business. And with digital piracy on an all time high, that just goes to say that rates for dvd and vcd rentals went down reasonably well. So when I found my membership card, which I got for a meager P20, I went ahead and borrowed a couple of dvds and vcds before the holy week. One of the dvds I rented is the romantic comedy movie – What’s Your Number. Read more…
FIREFLIES BY AMANDA FALK FROM THE MOVIE THE SHUNNING
I saw the movie The Shunning a few days ago, thanks to YouTube.
It’s a Hallmark Channel movie and I found out about the movie via Twitter. The sequel of the movie will be released next year and it stars Katie Leclerc, who of course is one of the lead in ABC Family’s Switched at Birth. She will be playing the role of Katie Lapp, replacing Danielle Panabaker who previously played that part. Although, I would have to say that it would have been great if they still have Danielle to play the part, but since I’m a big Katie Leclerc fan, I am so not complaining.
The movie is about a 20 year old girl who was about to wed an Amish bishop Read more…
HUNGER GAMES ROCKS!
I saw Hunger Games last week with a college friend who got to read the series and is a big fan of the first book – HUNGER GAMES.
Since I’m way too tired now (blogging at 12:42AM), all I can say is that Hunger Games rocks, despite the fact that the concept is somewhat similar to Running Man. Jennifer Lawrence suits the role perfectly!
THE WOMAN IN BLACK MOVIE REVIEW

I finally managed to cross off one of the movies in my 2012 must-see movie list yesterday. If you know me personally, you know that I hate conforming to the norm and that I’m a total trend snob, as such, knowing that people who will be trooping to the movie theaters for Valentines will most likely watch something cheesy like The Vow, I coerced my husband to watch Daniel Radcliffe’s newest flick – The Woman in Black. Not that we have other good options. Well, alright there’s Chronicles and The Journey, but the non-conformist in me got the better of me, and so my husband obliged. Read more…
UNDERWORLD 4 AWAKENING MOVIE REVIEW

Just got home a few hours ago from watching the latest installment in the Underworld movie series. I’m not a big fan of morbid and violent vampire movies, but the hubby is. Read more…
MY 2012 MOVIES TO LOOK FORWARD TO
While I’m not big on going to movie theaters, I still like watching a movie, although it means that I’ll always be late when it comes to watching the movies. By the time I get to watch a movie, everyone has already watched it. On the brighter side, I get feedback before hand if the movie is worth watching or not. But well, here are the movies I’d like to watch on the big screen this year.

IN TIME MOVIE REVIEW

It was only last night that I got to watch the movie In Time, starring Justin Timberlake and Amanda Seyfried. I tried watching it the other night with my husband, but I was so dead tired I dozed off after the first 15 minutes. Read more…
LOVE WEDDING MARRIAGE MOVIE REVIEW

- Love Wedding Marriage
A couple of days ago found out that Mandy Moore, one of my fave Hollywood actresses and song bird, has a new movie. Mandy is such a versatile actress that she gives justice to just about any role she is given. She made lots of people cry Read more…
ONE DAY MOVIE REVIEW

I recently watched the movie One Day starring Anne Hathaway and Jim Sturgess. I’m not sure if it has already been shown here in the Philippines as I hardly watch movies in theaters (yeah I’m a cheapskate!), neither do I get to watch tv that often to find out what’s currently showing in theaters. Anyway, the reason I came across the said movie was when I suddenly decided to have a movie marathon of movies starring Anne Hathaway, all because I find her performance in Becoming Jane absolutely awesome! Not to mention that she totally rocks with her British accent. That’ll be for another entry, for now let’s go back to my One Day movie review. Read more…
