While I’m not big on going to movie theaters, I still like watching a movie, although it means that I’ll always be late when it comes to watching the movies. By the time I get to watch a movie, everyone has already watched it. On the brighter side, I get feedback before hand if the movie is worth watching or not. But well, here are the movies I’d like to watch on the big screen this year.

Batman 3 – The Dark Knight Rises

It was only last night that I got to watch the movie In Time, starring Justin Timberlake and Amanda Seyfried. I tried watching it the other night with my husband, but I was so dead tired I dozed off after the first 15 minutes. Read more…

A couple of days ago found out that Mandy Moore, one of my fave Hollywood actresses and song bird, has a new movie. Mandy is such a versatile actress that she gives justice to just about any role she is given. She made lots of people cry Read more…

I recently watched the movie One Day starring Anne Hathaway and Jim Sturgess. I’m not sure if it has already been shown here in the Philippines as I hardly watch movies in theaters (yeah I’m a cheapskate!), neither do I get to watch tv that often to find out what’s currently showing in theaters. Anyway, the reason I came across the said movie was when I suddenly decided to have a movie marathon of movies starring Anne Hathaway, all because I find her performance in Becoming Jane absolutely awesome! Not to mention that she totally rocks with her British accent. That’ll be for another entry, for now let’s go back to my One Day movie review. Read more…

Earlier this week, I finally managed to finish reading Robert Ludlum’s The Bourne Identity. What drove me to grab the book when I saw a copy in Book Sale, was the fact that I always see it on cable and could not finish up the movie Read more…

This is way too late from the time the movie was shown, nonetheless, let me tell you about what I think of the movie. Read more…

I bought a copy of the book earlier this year, as another gift for my husband. I think this time around it was for either a Valentine’s gift or a peace offering. Anyway, knowing how my life is in a constant frenzy, it was only last Saturday night that I finally decided to get hold of the book and read it.
Over the weekend, the hubby and I decided to watch the fourth installment of the Blockbuster movie Pirates of the Caribbean, starring none other but Johnny Depp, who seem to be casted in roles that always makes him look weird if not unkempt and totally in need of bathing.

I finally managed to finish reading Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows! Hubby got me the book way back January of this year and it’s only last week that I decided to pick it up and read it and actually finish it. I miss reading I must say. Read more…
