CONTEMPLATING….

I’ve always wondered what it would be like to be a medical representative. It sounds too glitzy to me, with the free car that comes with the job, all the sponsored events where the rep ushers in or shoos in the doctors, it just sounded too palatable. I have tried to look for postings on the said field more than a couple of times but then failed to hit the apply button, every time I see the requirement that says female applicants need to be at least 5’2″ in height. Yes, sadly, I am vertically challenged. And so the prospect of becoming a medical representative was locked up and forgotten. Read more…

FAREWELL MY DEAREST PEBBLES

Pebbles 2004 - 2011

Last November 12, which is exactly a week from today, our dearest dog of almost 8 years has crossed the rainbow bridge. She was sick for a few days, her right hind paw was swollen due to some wound on her paw. Because of which, she was mostly immobile. Mom would normally just bring the water container to her where she drank and would carry her to let her go out so she can urinate or defecate. I think she must have been like that for 3 days. But she was feeding alright. Although there were times when she refused to eat, during the last two nights, I was able to hand feed her pretty okay, meaning she did not refuse to eat. Read more…

BIRTHDAY WISHES TO MY HUSBAND

My dearest husband is celebrating his special day today. I’d like to take this time to personally thank him for putting up with all my unlovable traits and for hearing me out all the time. We’ve had a rough past few years, I’m glad we’re still together. I’m sorry I’m broke right now and so I wasn’t able to get you anything, but when I get my blessings I’ll definitely get you something (I’m checking out cool husband or boyfriend gift ideas). Love you babe! Try to live a healthy lifestyle so there’d be more birthday candles to blow.

ADDING ANOTHER CANDLE

As the day draws to a close, I am grateful for all the warm greetings I’ve received from both family and friends and even acquaintances. It is a very simple birthday, and yet, when things are simple, that’s the time you get to find out, which things truly matters. Thank you God for another year. May this one be a beautiful one.

The year has not yet drawn to a close and yet this year has already brought 3 deaths of people I know. I certainly hope that would be it for this year. No more deaths please.

WHAT TO DO?

Thinking about my next move. To say that I’m clueless is an understatement. Okay, here are the options.

First, stick to what I am currently doing, which is the sales job. The cons on this one is the funds required for going out all the time and meeting clients. Read more…

TORN

Too many things going on in my mind right now. Just want to hit the “pause” button in life till I get a clear sense of what I want to do. But life doesn’t wait and there is no pause button. :( I have to do what I can to keep on living and to make a decision as soon as I can.

TURNING A NEW LEAF

Turning a new leaf in life is always scary. The thought of leaving behind your comfort zone and facing the uncertain and the unknown often makes people cringe and re-think their decisions. But in order to move somewhere else, to not stay in the same place and situation where one is at the moment, change must take place. And changes requires a leap of faith. Read more…

BAGUIO DREAMING

It’s almost 8 years now since I last set foot in Baguio and now I find myself dreaming of actually visiting the Pine City, so as my little boy could experience the cool breeze that the summer capital has to offer. Not to mention, its many attractions that reminds me so fondly of the short time we stayed there during my childhood.

Aside from filing a vacation from work, as well as the means of travel, not to mention the companion that we need to have, I’d also need to look for furnished homes for lease, it’s so much cheaper that way instead of actually staying in hotels.
