Winchester Brothers Reunite in Supernatural Season 6 on AXN Beyond

Having battled Archangel Michael and the Devil himself, as well as stopping the prophesied Apocalypse at the end of the last season, one would have thought that it couldn’t get any worse for the demon-hunting Winchester brothers.

Indeed, the war won with the help of the few remaining fellow hunters and rebel angel Castiel (Misha Collins, 24) left Sam (Jared Padalecki, Friday the 13th, House of Wax) imprisoned in Hell, while Dean (Jensen Ackles, Dark Angel, Smallville), resigned to losing his elder brother, swore to retire from their lifelong hunt for evil, never to return.

Yet, the sixth and latest season of the hit paranormal adventure drama series Supernatural, now airing Mondays to Fridays, 9:50pm first and exclusively on AXN Beyond, will be darker and more sinister, as the Winchester brothers’ relationship faces its toughest test yet… Read more…

For the first time, audiences will be able to look at these fights, analyze them and declare a winner. At the centre of the action and making “the call”, is popular comedian Tom Papa (The Informant!) who will have the final say in determining the victor of each spat.

Team Philippines Wins Amazing Race Asia 4

image taken from ph.yfittopostblog.com

Congratulations to Team Philippines, specifically the Richards, who won the highly-watched, fun-filled and breath-stopping Amazing Race Asia season 4. Finally, someone from the Philippines won the competition. While I don’t regularly watch each episode, from the few that I managed to catch, these two guys proved to be nice. Didn’t see any monkey business, or any trace of foul play or just plain being rude towards their competitors. At last, nice guys finished first. :)

Once again, congratulations Team Pilipinas – the Richards! You make us mighty proud!

Sex in the City 2

Haven’t watched the said movie, but I intend to. It’s all about girl power and feeling good about yourself anyways, which I badly need at the moment. I wasn’t really a fan of Sex in the City series, but I got to watch a handful of episodes in the past. I haven’t even got the chance to watch the first movie, since most friends who are avid fans of the series said it was pretty disappointing. But I guess I’ll download it just the same, just so the second movie will make more sense to me.

I feel that it took them quite a while to come up with the second movie. Besides, a friend of mine got scared after watching the second movie, seeing the wrinkles and the lines of some of the lead characters faces. After the movie she bought the best anti wrinkle face cream she can afford. Looks like I’ll be doing the same in a few days time, now that I’m about to say hello again to looooonng work hours. But before that, I’ll do a movie marathon and one of the movies on my list is Sex in the City 2. :)
