We all want to avoid getting spam emails because we all get spam mails at one point or another. Lately these spammers have been infiltrating the blog-o-sphere as well. I have tons of comments including the links of websites selling home insurance, loans, male potency products such as viagra and testosterone creams and so much more. Anyhow, here’s a few ways to somehow lessen if not totally get rid of spam mails.
- Disguise your email address in forums, blog comments and chat by either adding a number at the end of your actual email handle or change another letter on your handle.
- Do not use your primary email address when signing up for something in the web. Create another email address that you would use in order to subscribe to rss feeds and newsletters.
- For bloggers, download an anti spam plugin or program, while for emails try to use your the filter feature of your provider.
